Yes. Every patient has a supervising doctor who sets the care plan, reviews it regularly and steps in whenever the patient's condition changes.

Message us on WhatsApp or call us at any time, and a doctor will be with you within hours, around the clock for urgent cases. The doctor examines the patient, makes a diagnosis, writes a prescription and orders home lab tests or imaging if needed. In a life-threatening emergency, call an ambulance on 123 first.

Yes. We rent out hospital beds, patient monitors, oxygen and other equipment by the day or month, with delivery, installation and a demonstration for the family. In most cases your home can be set up on the day you order. (Sample answer)

We currently cover Dokki, Nasr City, New Cairo and the Fifth Settlement, and the team usually arrives within 30 to 45 minutes. If you live outside these areas, contact us and we will tell you what is possible and what it costs.
