These terms govern the use of this website and the home healthcare services provided under the Scrub Men name by [legal entity name], a [legal form] registered in the Arab Republic of Egypt under commercial registration no. 1. Our services

We provide home nursing, post-operative care, physiotherapy at home, doctor home visits, home lab tests and imaging, elderly care and medical equipment rental in our coverage areas in Cairo (currently Dokki, Nasr City, New Cairo and the Fifth Settlement). Every case is supervised by a licensed doctor. The exact scope of care for each patient is set out in the written care plan and quote.

2. Not an emergency service

Our services do not replace hospital emergency care. In a life-threatening emergency, call an ambulance on 123 or go to the nearest hospital immediately.

3. Booking and assessment

A request sent through the website, WhatsApp or by phone is not a contract. After a free assessment we send a written care plan and quote. Care starts once you accept the quote, and when care begins we may ask you to sign a care agreement.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are in Egyptian pounds and are those stated in the written quote.
• Single visits are paid at the visit; nursing and equipment packages are paid in advance for each period.
• We accept [cash, bank transfer, InstaPay and mobile wallets].
• If payment is late, we may pause the service after notifying you.
• We issue detailed invoices and reports on request.

5. Changes and cancellations

• You may reschedule or cancel a visit free of charge up to [6] hours before it starts; later cancellations may be charged [amount or percentage].
• You may ask to change the assigned nurse or caregiver at any time, and we will do our best to arrange it within [48] hours.
• If you end a prepaid package early, unused days are refunded after deducting [conditions].

6. Responsibilities of the patient and family

• Share accurate and complete medical information, including current prescriptions, and tell us about any change in the patient's condition.
• Provide a safe working environment and treat our team with respect.
• Have an adult family member present at the first visit.
• Provide prescribed medication and supplies unless agreed otherwise.
• Do not ask our team to perform tasks outside the care plan or the supervising doctor's instructions.

7. Our team

Our team members are licensed, work in uniform and are bound by confidentiality. To protect the continuity and quality of care, you agree not to hire any team member introduced by us directly, or through another party, during the service and for [6 months] after it ends.

8. Equipment rental

• Rented equipment remains our property and must be used as instructed.
• Damage or loss beyond normal wear and tear is charged at [repair or replacement cost].
• We may require a refundable deposit of [amount].
• At the end of the rental, we collect the equipment at a time agreed with you.

9. Medical responsibility

Care is provided according to the care plan and the supervising doctor's instructions. We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from inaccurate or withheld information, or from instructions not being followed. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by Egyptian law.

10. Website content

Information on this website is general and does not replace a medical consultation. Testimonials, team profiles and photos marked as samples are illustrative.

11. Intellectual property

The Scrub Men name, logo, texts and designs on this website belong to [legal entity name] and may not be used without written permission.

12. Privacy

13. Complaints
